By learning to relax we are able to allow our bodies to heal. My favorite type of relaxation is meditation. If you are the type of person like I was then you might be thinking right now oh no, I am not able to meditate. I just can’t sit still like that. Well my friend you need it more. By teaching our bodies to relax we can open up healing doors.

Gaining life Energy

Giving your body life energy by learning breathwork, reading books like Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza. Yoga and prayer. These are some of the top things I felt have helped my life energy come back. Walking in nature, sungazing, and GRATITUDE.
By being grateful, we are open to receivership. We receive more blessing by being grateful.

Healthy mind

Having positive thoughts are the number one most important part of having a healthy mind. When we hear about miraculous recovery and healing in humans, a positive mind is always key. By practicing healthy thought patterns, we become more aware of our thoughts. There are enough books out there on this topic and I suggest any work by Dr. Wayne Dyer on this matter. He says, when we change the way we look at things the things we look at change. It is so true. We are always going to struggle in life. It’s not perfect. But how do we show up in the hard times? That’s the most important. How can we keep positive in the mist of chaos, illness and trauma? Well my friends I believe its by having a healthy mind.
