The time I finally slept through the night and took a nap without a sleeping pill.
Mothers Day 2018. I had been detoxing with Dr. Jay Davidson, my Lyme coach for about 7 months. During our monthly call he said to me. “you’re ready.” I paused and said huh? He says it again. ‘‘You’re ready Bobbie, it’s time to detox your pineal gland or in other words, it’s time to open up your third eye.” Omg I thought, how cool. Ok what do I do? He said to listen to a frequency video during treatment times, like coffee enemas and sauna sessions. Oh well I can do that I thought. Easy enough.
It was easy!!!!!!!!!!
So the best part of my journey began.
Instantly I put the headphones on and listened to a frequency video on YouTube.
Easy enough, I just laid there with earbuds in while I did coffee enemas.
After I had been doing this for about a month, I was laying on the couch on Mother’s Day relaxing and I started to fall asleep. I decided to do it, I was going to take a nap, I hadn’t in eons. I slept for like 2 hours. While my kids played and I was out.
Fast forward to the following Saturday. It was like 7pm and here I was falling asleep on the couch again, I decided that I’m not going to take my Phenitropic sleeping supplement I had been on for years. I head to my bed around the usual time of 8:30-9:00 pm. I decided it was Saturday and if I don’t sleep, well i’ll just take a melatonin and do my best to get through Sunday. I could still catch up for Monday if needed.
BOOM!!!!!!!!! Yes I said, BOOM!!!!!! I woke up Sunday morning, the entire house slept in until 8am. Including me. I didn’t wake up to pee, nothing. I swear to the heavens above I had activated the pineal gland to make melatonin on its own people, just by listening to frequencies? Dude no way. I thought, I reached over and high fived my husband. He asks what was that for? I told him, he high fives me again.
Yes it is true we can help our bodies circadian rhythm.
Two things to avoid calcification of the pineal gland are fluoride and chlorine. These two toxins are in our drinking water. This is why I am a water snob. After learning I could clean the crap off the gland that produces my sleep hormone just by listening to this sound that reminded me of a train and it would help me sleep. I totally wasn’t going to drink tap water anymore.
Other important parts of the pineal gland are that it produces serotonin, your happy hormone. Now who doesn’t want to sleep and be happy? Dumb question? Well you would be surprised how many people I have shared this with that continue to gulp the sh_ _ (tap water) right down. I know its nuts.
Last but not least, my third eye opening has been the best part of all the journey. When I woke up I saw the world through love and forgiveness. I changed like a change you will only understand when you too open up and tune into the healing of your own body. I pray you find peace and love in whatever part of your journey you are on.
