Meditation has had some of the biggest impact on my healing journey for my emotional wellbeing and my physical wellbeing.
Had I listened to the signs from God in the very beginning of 2016 I would have been so much further today than I am. But we don’t listen to those little voices or taps on our shoulder all the time, do we?
When I was super sick and feeling terrible on the regular, I found a class in the town I live in for tapping into your intuitive side. I thought, I will love this. I signed up and started the weekly class. It was fun and it introduced me to meditation.
The woman giving the class gave us homework and every night I was to meditate on something and write it down.
This course was 4 weeks long. One of these weeks she had us meditate on someone in particular and a color to go along with it. She wanted us to think positive happy thoughts about this person. Even if we had issues or negativity towards them.
I began my practice. The person I was working on was a family member that I had sadness and anger towards. I felt somewhat abandoned and ignored by them.
Now remember, this is in the beginning. (Before my Lyme diagnosis.) I sent this person loving energy. everyday, for a week. Also sending the color purple to them. Literally after three days of doing this. They called me on the telephone every day the rest of the week. We began to get close again. Everything I wanted in this person was coming to light. All by the power of my energy and vibes kicking out to them in the field.
Now this wasn’t the time I started using meditation regularly but it was the time I saw proof in the law of attraction.
I finished the class and learned a ton. I continued to work with this teacher for private classes. I benefited a lot. She was an intuitive and could not see me being sick. Nor my daughter.
(Mind you I had received my daughters igenix lab positive Lyme test during these weeks of one on one coaching.) I was now waiting on my results, as the doctor believed I passed her the antibodies through utero.
My stress was high. I woke up each morning in fear and worry. Wishing it was all a dream. I would literally have the worst mindset as soon as I woke up. I would immediately remember the test results. Then worry about my results. As I would continue to re run this trauma in my mind all day every day. I created more dis-ease. In the meantime, I was still doing the work with the coach.
I believed it helped a lot. Although I was super unwell at this time. I now know it was all in divine timing.
Weeks went on and my results came back. I had finished up class with the intuitive and I started my journey to healing after my CDC positive test results came back.
Now fast forward a year, to February 2017. I start to read a book by Dr. Joe Dispenza. He has you start to do the work earlier in the book so I began my true meditation practice. He explains how telling your body to sit and stay like a dog is so powerful. How he healed his body from a horrific accident and was paralyzed face down in a bed. He heals his body in 12 weeks. Gets up business as usual, he says. Ultimately, he has spent his life helping others by doing workshops and writing books etc. this book changed my life.
Meditation and breath-work he explains, is by far my favorite tool for healing from my Lyme disease. Our brains are so powerful. Reading his book and following him on line. Listening to his talks. I learned how our thoughts create our reality. We can visually create whatever we set our mind to. Literally.

I realized I’m the reason I got sick. Subconsciously I stored all the emotions in my body from all my childhood and allowed them to manifest into my,

My body finally felt more calm, I began my moon work and my manifesting with meditation.
I fell in love with my own body’s vibrations raising. It became so comforting to start to receive the benefits of sitting still and being grateful for the present moment.
I began to feel more harmony and happiness in my life.
Fast forward to the present time.
Currently during Covid-19 I took some breaks and got behind in my practice. My health took a little turn and I began to have some tummy issues. By going back to my tools, I knew my body would be back in action in no time. Simple herbs from my natural path and mindfulness meditation and selfcare. Like sauna bathing, foot detox baths etc. I always bounce right back. I know what to do and I trust my amazing doctor who helps me in the supplements department.
By adding in daily meditation or even starting with 3 days a week to get used to it. You will notice a difference in your energy, your mood, health, patience levels, gratitude and allover positive vibes and thoughts. I have never been let down by a meditation.
One of the most amazing tools we all have is the internet. I type in any type of ailment or emotion on you tube and you can usually find a good meditation for it.
Please have faith in the outcome. Be specific on what you want and go for it! Focus on what you want in life. Believe in the miracles. That’s the way.
